All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and all payments are
processed in INR.
We currently offer shipping within India only. As our products contain liquid formulations that cannot be transported by air, all orders are shipped through ground-based courier services.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within 3–20 working days, depending on your location and the services of our third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability may vary by PIN code. If COD is unavailable for your location, our
customer service team will contact you while processing your order.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, you can have your ELQORA
order delivered to any valid address within India.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Once you place your order, our team gets to work on preparing it for dispatch. Before you package leaves our facility, each product goes through a careful inspection and quality check to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
After the final check, your products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted
delivery partner. From there, the courier takes care of getting your order safely to the
delivery address provided by you.
Our delivery partners make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If
they are unable to access your address or are unable to reach you at the time of delivery, they may contact you directly to coordinate a suitable time or resolve any delivery-related
concern.
